Pencil-shaded Cammy

For some reason the part that really gets me is the shading under the part of the coat that's blowing outward. The gradient and blending is just perfect! Perhaps its just me but her hands seem a little smallish...but Cammy's petite so her hands are little anyway. Goodness knows they're much better hands than I can draw!
